🛍️ Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for unused and unopened items returned within 30 days of delivery.

Opened items are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of product quality issues, where ACTLOVE will cover the return shipping cost.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Proof of purchase (Order Number or Purchase confirmation email) is required to process a refund.

📦 Return Process

Contact our support team at actloveshop@gmail.com to initiate a return.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions, including the return address.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

⏳ Refund Timeline

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

💡 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First, recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There’s often some processing time before a refund is posted.
