Please note we require within 1–2 business days to fulfill your order before dispatching it. We’re committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible! Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your region. Please also consider public holidays that may affect shipping.
Our Shipping Philosophy
At ACTLOVE, we celebrate discovery and global creativity. We work with small vendors and artisans from around the world, and some products may ship directly from our overseas partners. As a result, delivery times may vary. All shipping timelines are guidelines only — exact delivery dates are not guaranteed."Worldwide" delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary significantly depending on factors such as the destination country and customs clearance.
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures and import duties/taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. ACTLOVE has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If your order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship available items right away and send the rest as soon as they're in stock. So if you receive only part of your order, don’t worry — the rest is on the way!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking ID and a link to follow your package. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking info to become available. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please note that once an order enters the processing stage (typically within hours of placement), it may be difficult or impossible to change the shipping address. Contact us IMMEDIATELY if you believe you have entered an incorrect address.
